How to Request a Refund

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we make refunds simple. Please review the policy below before opening a ticket.

Our Refund Policy

We proudly offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase on eligible services. To qualify:

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • A ticket must be opened through our billing panel or Discord before the 7-day mark.
  • Refunds are processed directly by us — not through PayPal or your bank.
⏱ Most refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval.

Non-Refundable Services

Some products are not eligible for refunds due to upstream costs or abuse prevention. These include:

  • VPS (Virtual Private Servers)
  • Dedicated Servers
  • Domain Hosting & Registrations
  • Additional IP Addresses
  • Other upgrades/add-ons we are billed for directly
⚠️ We also do not refund users who violate our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or engage in abuse.

How to Request

To request a refund, please open a support ticket. Choose whichever method is easier for you:

🚫 Opening a PayPal or bank dispute will delay or deny your refund. Always go through tickets for the fastest results.
