1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
2. You are responsible for maintaining account and password security.
3. Providing false information or attempting fraud may result in suspension or termination.

1. Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
2. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination.
3. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination.

1. We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on new orders.
2. No refunds are provided after this period.
3. No refunds for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations.

1. We strive for high uptime, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
2. Maintenance or emergency outages may occur.
3. We are not liable for damages caused by downtime or interruptions.

1. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
2. We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware, software, or user error.

You agree not to use our services for:

1. Illegal activities (piracy, malware, fraud, phishing, or violations of law).
2. Copyright violations (unauthorized hosting/distribution).
3. Network abuse (DDoS, scanning, flooding).
4. Email abuse (spam, bulk mail, mail bombing).
5. Crypto mining or unfairly resource-heavy workloads.
6. Botnets, exploits, or malicious automation.
7. Harassment or attempts to disrupt SpookNode operations.
8. Abuse of refunds or repeated sign-ups to exploit trials.

1. Resources are a shared environment. Short bursts of high usage are acceptable, but sustained excessive CPU, memory, or disk usage that negatively impacts other users is prohibited.
2. vCores are shared across the node. Constant maxing out of CPU threads is not permitted and may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.
3. “Unlimited players” means we do not impose slot limits. However, your server must operate within reasonable resource use under our AUP. Running more players than your plan can realistically handle is not allowed.
4. Any attempts to bypass limits, abuse system resources, or run unrelated workloads (e.g., crypto mining, stress testing, automation abuse) are strictly forbidden.
5. Node Transfers: To ensure performance and stability for all customers, SpookNode reserves the right to transfer your server to another node at any time. This may result in a change of IP address but will never reduce your allocated resources. In most cases, transfers provide equal or improved performance by moving your server to newer or less utilized infrastructure.

1. You are responsible for securing your accounts, passwords, and servers.
2. Unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited.

1. We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms.
2. Services may also be suspended for non-payment.
3. Terminated accounts may lose access to data immediately.

1. We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, or data.
2. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
3. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the most recent version.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under applicable law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with governing law
