How to Upgrade a Service

Outgrown your current plan? You can upgrade directly in the billing panel with prorated pricing and instant resource changes.

🔗 Go to Services

Step 1 — Open the Services Page

Log into billing.spooknode.com/services. You’ll see a list of your active services.

Step 2 — Select Your Server

Click on the server you’d like to upgrade. This will open its service management page where you’ll see a blue Upgrade button.

Step 3 — Choose a New Plan

After clicking Upgrade, you’ll be shown all available upgrade options for your server. Review the plans and select the one that best fits your needs.

💡 Upgrading at any time will show a prorated cost. This means you only pay the difference for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

Step 4 — Confirm & Apply Upgrade

Once payment has been processed, your server’s resources (RAM, slots, storage, etc.) will be upgraded immediately — no waiting required.

Important Notes

Game servers can be upgraded instantly.
VPS upgrades are not yet available, but we plan to support them in the future.
Downgrading services is not currently supported — only upgrades.

⚠️ Always make sure your server has backups before upgrading, just in case you change configuration or files afterward.
